I WOULD LIKE HELP WITH

At the moment, I'm building a portfolio trying to produce pieces that could satisfy two worlds, thinking that I'd like to work for WOTC, both D&D and MTG, and in the future for galleries as a Fine Artist.
In general, trying to find a voice or a good way to transmit messages and thoughts through my artwork.
I'd like to be better at composition, also my weakest point is environments, but would love to know what else I could be better at!
