This was a photo study that I wanted to see what I could do to give it a bit more life. Im going for a king of Sargent vibe but not sure how to really weave the background and the figure together more.

A WIP of a MTG style piece. I wanted to convey that king of muted overcast tone in the scene that would be jarring against the eerie penetrating malevolence of the child harpies.

The Snake Weaver I completed this recently and I would love some feedback on it. I was going for a kind of fantasy MTG style look with the character but I want to make sure the right feeling is coming across. If there is anywhere in particular that could use some improvements or touch ups please let me know. Otherwise I want there to be a sense of power coming across as a main theme but not necessarily malevolent. more of a threat to those who would seek to cross her kind of vibe.

I WOULD LIKE HELP WITH

Hello I wanted to see if I could get some fresh eyes on some of my latest work and works in progress to see what I can do to take my quality to that level of professional polish that is needed for getting work as an illustrator in the industry. As is probably obvious I love portrait work but I'm also wanting to show more of a visual narrative with my art. Any suggestions or help offered would be greatly appreciated.
